Shah Rukh Khan wraps up a three-day advertisement shoot in one night
Writer-director Rensil d'Silva isn't going to forget the previous Saturday night in a hurry. An ad shoot with Shah Rukh Khan for a men's innerwear brand that was meant to take three days to complete got done in one night.
A source present at Tulip Star Hotel in Juhu where the shoot took place said, "Rensil needed Shah Rukh for three days, but the actor, who is busy with the post-production of Ra.1 took one look at Rensil's script and said, 'We'll complete it on Saturday night'. The ad was action-packed and had to be shot in different locations.
It was completed in one night." When contacted, d'Silva said he was still in a daze. "I have shot ads with every other star in Bollywood, but this was an experience of a lifetime. His energy level are at their highest at night."
"The ad has a lot of action with stunts and speeding cars. Shah Rukh just breezed through it. I am editing the material now and will present it to my clients in a fortnight," he added. The director also managed to slip in a conversation with the actor over a new film project. He now knows the best time of the day to shoot the film.
