Will the real Shah Rukh Khan stand up?

If you are not Twitter savvy, then you may just end up following one of the fake Priyanka Chopras, Kareena Kapoors, Sachin Tendulkars or more such celeb imposters.Interestingly, these impostors boast of a huge fan base when it comes to their followers.

For instance, there are more than 5 impostors in the name of Shah Rukh Khan. It's not just attracting followers, but hackers too. 'Oh boy. Getting hacked again,' he tweets. But for a wannabe SRK, a fan following of 32,493 people is quite a good number.

The fake Hrithik Roshan, on the other hand, has a fan following of 3,983 people. He tweets, '@priyankachopra hey Priyanka, Hrithik here. I have just joined twitter, help me out...brrrr'. He probably isn't aware that the actress is already friends with the real Hrithik Roshan.

Fake Aamir Khan has 7,230 followers, and he has included a link of the real Aamir's blog on his account to authenticate his identity.

His 'bio' status reads 'Actor/Director/Producer (This is my Official Twitter Account. To verify, please check my website for Twitter link)'.

The Amitabh Bachchan fake not only puts up a link of his blog to identify himself, but also tweets, 'are you looking to get l**d tonight' Yes, you can choke on that one.

Phoney Sachin Tendulkar scores high on 1,78,219 followers, but low on spellings. But it gets even more interesting when it comes to MS Dhoni. Though the real one is yet to open a Twitter account, there are already three Dhoni impostors enjoying the limelight; each with a following of over 30,000 followers. Strange, how these die-hard fans fail to notice the 'verified Twitter account' mark that separates the original from the fake.
